This morning I saw this girl in my building struggling to throw away her tray at breakfast. (She is blind)So I carried her tray to the trash. Sometimes we get so caught up in what we dont have that we forget to thank God for what we do have. I thank him for my VISION!!!!!!!
There is a lady at my job who works in the cafe who I see every morning and afternoon. When she was checking me out in the lunch line today, she felt the need to announce "My daughter is bi-racial." I thought "Why is she telling me this?" She continued by explaining that she doesn't know what to do with her hair. I went back to work/training and on my down time, I wrote down products, product combinations, places to find products, tips on hair care and my phone number. When I went back to the cafe for lunch, she wasn't around so I left the two page note that I wrote out, with another lady who ensured me that she would pass it along. I hope that my note helped her frustration with her daughter's hair;-)
